IAFCT Membership form are for membership of Trust and Claim forms are Investors claim forms to be send to SEBI office as a claim ( refund ) of our investments.

INFORMATION AND RULES ABOUT INVESTORS ACTION FORUM CHARITABLE TRUST (IAFCT) READ CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING AND FILLING MEMBERSHIP FORM
  1. Joining Investor Action Forum Charitable Trust (IAFCT) and filling Refund Claim with SEBI through us is optional and voluntary on the part of any Individual investor.
    IAFCT चे दावे (Claim/Complaint) फॉर्म भरणे हे ऐच्छिक आहे.
  2. Investors of Pancard Clubs Ltd. can individually claim directly by submitting required documents Such investors need not join IAFCT.
    जे Pancard Clubs Ltd. चे गुंतवणूकदार त्यांचे गुंतवलेले पैसे परत मिळवण्यासाठी शासकीय यंत्रणांकडे स्वतः पाठपुरावा करू शकतात त्यांना IAFCT चे दावे फॉर्म भरणे जरुरीचे नाही.
  3. IAFCT is an Association of investors which is fighting for investors to get back their money which is invested in Pancard Clubs Ltd. by following legal process with SEBI.

    IAFCT ची स्थापना Pancard Clubs च्या गुंतवणूकदरांचे पैसे कायदेशीर मार्गाने मिळवून देण्यासाठी झालेली आहे.
  4. IAFCT represented all Investors of Pancard Clubs before Securities Appealate Tribunal ( SAT ) where Court gave judgement against Pancard Clubs Ltd. to refund money to Investors. IAFCT is educating & helping investors to file their claims & getting refund from SEBI & Government Authorities.
    IAFCT ने गुंतवणूकदारांचे SAT कोर्टात प्रतिनिधित्व केले. SAT कोर्टाने PANCARD कंपनीला गुंतवणूकदारांचे पैसे परत देण्याचा आदेश दिला. IAFCT शासकीय यंत्रणांकडून आपले पैसे परत मिळवण्यासाठी मदत करत आहे.
  5. Government Authorities will Auction properties of Pancard Clubs Ltd. And the sale proceeds amount collected from auctioning process will be distributed to investors by the SEBI and Government Authorities.
    शासकीय यंत्रणा PANCARD कंपनीच्या मालमत्ता लिलावाद्वारे विकणार व त्यातून आलेला पैसा दावे (CLAIM) करणाऱ्या गुंतवणूकदारांना परत करणार.
KINDLY READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING CLAIM FORMS:
  1. Every Investor need to pay Rs.300 to fill claim form. Each individual need to fill one form. If one Family has five members as investors every individual need to fill claim form separately.
    प्रत्येक गुंतवणूक दराने Rs. 300 दावे दाखल करण्यासाठी दिले पाहिजे. एका व्यक्तीने एक दावा दाखल करायचा फॉर्म भरायचा आहे. एका परिवारात जर पाच गुंतवणूकदार असतील तर प्रत्येकाने दाव्याचा वेगवेगळा फॉर्म भरायचा आहे.
  2. Every Investor need to fill all details of forms.
    प्रत्येक गुंतवणूकदाराने फॉर्ममधील सर्व रकाने भरायचे आहेत.
  3. Details of government photo id proofs like Aadhaar card, Income Tax Pan Card is necessary & need to be given.
    फोटो असलेल्या शासकीय ओळखपत्राचा तपशील ओळखीसाठी देणे गरजेचे आहे जसे कि Aadhaar व Pan card.
  4. One set of Xerox copies ( Investor‘s self-signed all Xerox copies) of following documents need to given
    खाली दिलेल्या कागदपत्रांच्या झेरॉक्सचा एक सेट गुंतवणूकदाराच्या सहीनिशी देणे आवश्यक आहे.
    1. Pancard Clubs Ltd. membership certificate copy or ACK copy or Company given cheque copy.
      PANCARD च्या गुंतवणुकीच्या प्रमाणपत्राची प्रत किंवा ACK ची प्रत किंवा कंपनीने दिलेल्या चेक ची प्रत.
    2. Aadhaar copy
      आधार कार्ड ची प्रत
    3. Pan Card copy
      Pan Card ची प्रत
    4. Cancelled cheque copy or Passbook copy ( IFSC Code required in cheque copy or Passbook copy)
      रद्द केलेला चेकची प्रत किंवा बँकेच्या पासबुकची प्रत ( IFSC कोड असलेली )
    5. 1 Passport size Photo
      एक पासपोर्ट साईझ फोटो
  5. After filling online form take printout, signed & send it to IAFCT Administrative office by speed post or courier.
    सर्व फॉर्म ONLINE भरल्यानंतर त्याची प्रिंट काढा त्यावर सही करा व आमच्या प्रशासकीय कार्यालयात पोस्टाने किंवा कुरियरने पाठवा.

  7. Copy of claim form will be mailed to you on your mail id (which is given by you in form).
    तुम्ही भरलेल्या फॉर्मची कॉपी तुम्ही दिलेल्या ई मेल पत्यावर तुम्हाला मिळेल.
  8. Please do not handover your original Pancard clubs ltd. Investment documents to anybody. If you lost your original documents, then it will be difficult for you to get back refund.
    तुमच्या PANCARD च्या गुंतवणूक संदर्भातली सर्व मूळ (original) कागदपत्रे तुम्ही तुमच्याकडेच सुरक्षित ठेवा जर ती गहाळ झाली किंवा तुम्ही कोणाला दिलीत तर पैसे मिळवण्यासाठी तुम्हाला अडचण होईल.
